• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lixi Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
